Professionals additionally provide details about their services, location, pricing, and optionally a verification document used only to confirm identity before it is deleted.
When you request a quote from a professional, we collect your name, contact details, and the message you send — even if you don't create an account.
We use your information to operate the marketplace: matching customers with professionals, delivering messages between them, sending notification emails about activity on your account, and moderating reviews and job posts.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in. We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated data, by contacting us.
